1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paperbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

2. Nature of Service

Paperbet is an interactive entertainment platform utilizing in-game virtual currency only.

  • No real-world monetary value is created, stored, or guaranteed
  • All activity occurs using Redmont Dollars (a/k/a RMD, or DemocracyCraft Dollars)
  • The Paperbet wallet is not intended to be used as a bank account

3. User Balance System

Users expressly acknowledge:

  • Paperbet is not a bank nor a registered financial institution
  • Paperbet balances are not insured by the DOC
  • Manual deposits and withdrawals may require up to forty-eight (48) hours to process.
  • Paperbet reserves the right to deny any manual deposit or withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
  • Any interest, bonus, or similar distribution is discretionary and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed return.
  • Paperbet is not responsible for any external exchange, valuation, or third-party transactions

4. Promotions, Rewards, and Balances

  • Paperbet may, at its sole discretion, provide users with promotional credits, including but not limited to daily rewards, interest distributions, or starting balances. Such credits are offered as promotional incentives and do not represent guaranteed returns.
  • Paperbet reserves the unrestricted right to modify, increase, decrease, suspend, or discontinue any promotional credit system, including daily rewards, at any time without prior notice or liability.
  • Any starting balance, bonus credit, or promotional balance may be enabled, disabled, or altered at any time, including for limited-time promotions or marketing events, at Paperbet's sole discretion.
  • Users acknowledge that promotional credits, including daily rewards and starting balances, may be made available intermittently, for limited durations, or to select users, and are not guaranteed to be consistently available.

5. Assumption of Risk

By using the platform, users agree that:

  • All participation is voluntary
  • Outcomes are variable and not guaranteed
  • The user assumes all risk related to participation

Users agree not to rely on the platform, its features, or any outcomes for financial, strategic, or decision-making purposes.

6. Account Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Account security
  • All activity under their account

Paperbet shall not be liable for unauthorized access.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Use automation, scripts, or bots
  • Manipulate outcomes
  • Engage in fraud or deception

Violation may result in immediate termination and asset forfeiture.

8. System Authority

Paperbet Technologies LLC retains full authority to:

  • Modify balances
  • Reverse transactions
  • Correct errors
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

Paperbet is under no obligation to maintain, preserve, or restore any user balance and may adjust or remove virtual balances at its sole discretion.

All determinations are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperbet Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of virtual currency
  • Service interruptions
  • Errors, bugs, or downtime
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of virtual currency associated with the account, which has no real-world value.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paperbet Technologies LLC and its parent entities from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Third-party interactions

11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved as follows:

  • Disputes must first be submitted directly to Paperbet for internal resolution
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under Redmont law
  • Users waive the right to pursue collective or class-style claims
  • Arbitration decisions shall be final and enforceable

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Redmont.

13. Termination

Paperbet may terminate or restrict access at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

14. Modifications

  • Paperbet reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of these terms or the services provided at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
  • It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
